Alfredo that makes you want to slap your mama (or whatever is close by)!

This recipe was inspired by 2 people 1. the pioneer woman and 2. my wonderful sister-in-law Lisa. I was telling Lisa about an Alfredo recipe I found on the pioneer woman's site and asked her what she thought.
Lisa had made a wonderful Alfredo recipe and shared it with me. I combined the two to use what I had and this is what I came up with. It was wonderful. I have a love hate relationship with it though. I love how it tastes, but hate how it makes me have to kick up my work out! So without further ado here it is:

What You Need:
3 small chicken breasts
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 stick butter (Real butter! Not that imitation, I don't want to let my belt out again stuff!)
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese, plus a little extra to sprinkle on top when it is ready to serve
1/2 can cream of chicken soup (Save the rest for a casserole! Don't waste it!)
1 pound Fettuccine Pasta
First in a skillet brown your chicken in a little oil until it it completely cooked. Next in a saucepan melt stick of butter. Then add heavy cream and soup. Stir. Next add 1 cup fresh Parmesan (I used it out of a plastic tub sold in the deli because our local small town grocery does not carry the fresh stuff! Don't they know who they are dealing with?) Next prepare pasta according to the package. When the sauce it melted and well combined I add the cooked chicken. Stir until the chicken is coated. Pour mixture over pasta and toss. Sprinkle a little Parmesan, serve, and unbutton the top button on your pants in order to accommodate your full belly!
I am not a chef or a wonderful cook. I like it simple, quick, and good. This meets all of my requirements! Enjoy!
