Happy Birthday Alexis!

Today we began to celebrate Alexis' 3rd birthday! WOW! I can't believe it! Where has the time gone? It seems like yesterday we were making her 1st birthday cake (Mickey Mouse) and today was a castle! Yesterday while I was working on her cake I had CMT on. As I was working I was thinking about her first birthday and all the things that have happened since. Just as I was starting my travel down memory lane, the song "You're Gonna Miss This" by Trace Adkins came on. Wow, the tears started to come. I was quickly interupted by our birthday princess, and those tears went away and I had to smile! Here she came (in her diaper and crazy hair)! Wow time has gone by. I am so grateful for every moment that we have. So, back to the birthday girl. Here is a pic of her, the cake, me, my WONDERFUL sister who helped create this work of art, and my niece Grace. 

Alexis did smile for her pictures, well sometimes! She wore her "Stellan Gear". The clip in her hair (which is hard to see with the girls) and her shirt were puchased on ETSY. The money went to help Stellan and his family! We got help out a great family and look cute doing it!

We lucked out and had wonderful weather! Friends and family gathered to with our special girl happy birthday. Her official birthday is April 21, so the celebration will continue. Here are a few more pictures from the big day!
