Last week we decided to take the kids to the mall to visit Santa. Brent was pumped. He practiced his list in the car on the way up. Alexis said she was going to sit on Santa's lap all by herself. Todd and I knew better. We arrived at the mall and the kids headed for Santa. Alexis walked right up, but refused to sit on his lap. So Brent hopped on and Todd stood close by. She rambled her list off, smiled for a picture, and off she went. Brent on the other hand took full advantage of his alone time with Santa. He went over his list in detail, carefully describing each item. It was so funny to watch and to listen too. The kids were so happy, and are counting down until Santa arrives. Hope Santa has lots to bring because mommy and daddy still need to shop!
